Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between quarterly and annual?
Quarterly costs €24 per 3 months (= €8/month, €96/year). Annual costs €49 (= €4/month), so you save €47/year with the annual plan! Plus: the €10 founding member discount applies for as long as you remain a member.
What does '€10 off for life' mean?
As one of the first 1,000 members you pay €49 instead of €59 per year. As long as you do not cancel your membership, that price stays the same – including at renewal.
Does the 15% discount apply to all products?
Yes. Everything. WONDR and POWR. The discount cannot be combined with higher discounts (e.g. sale promotions).
Can the shop credit be accumulated?
No. As a member you receive €12.50 shop credit every quarter, but don't forget to use it, because unused credit expires at the end of every quarter! Not valid on Brauzz/POWR subscriptions or gift card purchases.
Can I switch from quarterly to annual later?
Yes. You can upgrade to the annual plan at any time. Please note: the Founding Member price of €49 only applies if you choose the annual plan right now.
Can I share my membership?
No, it is linked to your personal account and email address.
What if I want to stop?
You can cancel at any time. No hassle, no fine print. You keep your benefits until the end of your current period.
