You can pay for your online order in several secure ways. Currently you can pay with:

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

• Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
• For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
• Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact [email protected] and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

We do our best to give you top-quality products. Still, a product can occasionally get damaged in transit, or something can go wrong during production.

For our physical products we follow the 2-year legal warranty. This period starts on the day of delivery, so please keep your delivery note or your parcel tracking information.

Our White Laundry Booster helps remove stubborn stains and a greyish haze from your laundry. As soon as the product comes into contact with water, active oxygen is released that loosens stains such as coffee, wine, sweat and food residue so they wash out of your clothes more easily. It is a gentler alternative to chlorine, safe for fabrics and colours, and contains probiotics that help tackle odours and keep your washing machine fresh.

Dosage
20 ml for a normal load (4 to 5 kg).
30 ml for heavily soiled laundry, a large load (6 to 8 kg) or in hard water.

Use

1. Put the laundry in the machine.
2. Add your usual detergent.
3. Add the booster to the detergent drawer.
4. Start the wash programme from 20°C.
   

Want to pre-treat a stain?

1. Mix 5 ml of booster with 15 ml of water.
2. Apply directly to the stain.
3. Leave to work for a maximum of 10 minutes.

Yes 😊 The booster is a supplement, not a replacement for your detergent. So always use it together with a laundry strip for whites, for the best result.
