You can pay for your online order in several secure ways. Currently you can pay with:

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

• Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
• For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
• Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact [email protected] and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

Sorry to hear that, and apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact [email protected] about this. Leave your details there (address, photo of the problem) and let us know whether you would like to receive the product again or return it and get your money back.

We do our best to give you top-quality products. Still, a product can occasionally get damaged in transit, or something can go wrong during production.

For our physical products we follow the 2-year legal warranty. This period starts on the day of delivery, so please keep your delivery note or your parcel tracking information.

I don't know how/where to use my discount code

You can enter discount codes before payment. Once you've filled your cart, click 'go to checkout'. Here you'll see an overview of your cart and can enter your delivery address. Below the overview of all products, you can enter your code under 'gift card or discount code'.

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code was entered correctly and is valid, the error message is probably there because you're trying to apply multiple discount codes to your cart, which unfortunately isn't possible. Our system doesn't allow multiple discounts to be combined. It's also not possible to apply a discount code if a volume discount is already active.

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to change an order once it has been placed. Orders are sent straight to the warehouse, which packs the parcels as quickly as possible. If you would still like to change something, please contact [email protected]

Simply put the laundry strip in the washing machine together with your clothes. It really is that easy! The strip dissolves completely as soon as water is added and then works just like any other detergent.

A few tips:

🌿 Is your washing machine extra full, or are you washing at an extra low temperature? Then put the laundry strip in the detergent drawer of the machine so it gets enough water to dissolve!

🌿 Half a laundry strip is for a small to normal load. One full laundry strip is for a normal to dirty load. 1 to 2 laundry strips are for a large and very dirty load. You can tear or cut the strips in two to dose them easily.

🌿 Do you use a pre-wash? Then also put the strip in the detergent drawer, so the detergent is only added when it is needed.

Our laundry strips contain enzymes that help tackle stubborn stains powerfully.

Enzymes work like tiny “stain scissors” ✂️
They cut fats, proteins and starch into small pieces. Think of stains from food, sweat or sauces. By breaking those large dirt particles into smaller pieces, they are much easier to rinse away during the wash.

The result?
A thorough clean, even at low temperatures. That is not only efficient, but also better for your energy consumption 💧

In short: enzymes actively break down stains so your laundry comes out of the machine fresh and clean.

The same price applies to all our laundry strips: €0.25 per wash 💧

There is no fabric softener in our laundry strips. If you like to use fabric softener, we recommend natural alternatives such as a splash of natural vinegar. ☺️

Warm or cold? Which temperatures are our laundry strips suitable for?

You can use our sustainable laundry strips between 15°C and 95°C.
At lower temperatures or with an extra full machine, we recommend putting the strip in the detergent drawer so it gets enough water before it reaches your clothes. 😄

Washing at lower temperatures is better for the environment, but do make sure you run your washing machine at a higher temperature now and then to keep it clean! 💦

The best way to store the laundry strips is in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight ☀️

Also make sure they are kept out of the reach of children. This way they stay in optimal condition and safely stored away.
