One refill is good for 500 ml of cleaning solution. If you use a different bottle, please keep this in mind. We cannot guarantee the same results for other quantities of water.

One of the main ingredients in our refills is citric acid, which is a wonderful natural antibacterial agent. Furthermore, we don't use any specific harsh antibacterial agents in our cleaning products.

Yes, BRAUZZ refills are vegan. We don't use any animal-derived ingredients and have never tested on animals. We are working to certify this as well.

The box the bottles and refills arrive in is recyclable. But feel free to think of a second life for it and send us a picture at hello@planetb.be :-)

The refill packaging is industrially compostable and also has an OK compost - TÜV AUSTRIA Belgium certificate. Thoroughly empty the bag before composting. If composting isn't an option, it should be sorted with residual waste. It's a shame about the small amount of waste, but we're working on this.

Sure, that's no problem. Just make sure you clean the bottle thoroughly beforehand. For an optimal cleaning experience, the bottle should hold 500ml.

In four easy steps:

1. Fill the bottle with tap water.

2. Cut open the sachet and pour the contents into the bottle.

3. Screw the sprayer onto the bottle. Done!

4. Reuse the bottle with a new refill.

BRAUZZ all-purpose cleaner is tough on grease, gentle on people and the planet. It works on a wide variety of surfaces, but always consider the surface you're using the cleaner on (natural stone, marble, etc.).

Bathroom cleaner:

Our bathroom cleaner tackles all the dirt on the following surfaces: shower, bath, sink, and faucets. It also prevents limescale buildup.

Glass and window cleaner:

BRAUZZ glass and window cleaner tackles all the dirt on the following surfaces: glass, windows, and mirrors. The glass cleaner is designed to make glass and windows sparkle without leaving streaks.

For orders within Belgium and the Netherlands above €30, we will cover the shipping costs.

For orders with a total amount less than €30 within Belgium, we charge €4.16 shipping costs for home delivery and €3.43 for delivery to a Service Point (pick-up location).

For orders with a total amount less than €30 within the Netherlands, we charge €4.16. We do not yet offer Service Point deliveries in the Netherlands.

So keep in mind that ordering refills in larger quantities will be cheaper and require less transport.

Our ordering system is almost entirely automated. Immediately after you place your order, it's forwarded to our shipping service and prepared for shipment. Cancellations are possible, but please send us an email to hello@planetb.be as soon as possible. We'll work with you to find a solution.
