HOW DO YOU DO THE BOOBIE CHECK?

Look in the mirror

Look at your breasts carefully.
Watch for changes in size, shape, skin or nipple.
Put your hands behind your head and look again.

Divide your breast

Imagine your breast as a circle divided into 12 slices.
Place your hand about 5 cm below the collarbone.
Put your other hand behind your neck.

Feel with your fingertips

Use 3 to 4 fingertips and make circular movements.
Apply light pressure and move from the outside of the breast towards the nipple.
Repeat for each section. Also check the armpit and the area between armpit and breast.

Check the nipple

Gently pull the nipple slightly away from the body.
Check whether it moves smoothly. Repeat on the other breast.

Panthenol (Provitamin B5)

Softens, hydrates and supports the skin barrier. Panthenol soothes the skin while cleansing, helps lock in moisture and leaves it feeling soft, supple and comfortable after your shower.

Argan oil

Argan oil, also known as 'Moroccan Gold', is rich in nourishing ingredients such as vitamin E. It cares for and nourishes the skin and leaves it feeling soft and supple.

Shea butter

A nourishing plant-based butter. Shea butter deeply nourishes the skin and makes it wonderfully soft.

SCI

A gentle, caring foaming ingredient made from coconut. Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) cleanses the skin more gently than traditional sulfates and leaves the natural oils intact, so your skin doesn't dry out. SCI lathers richly and leaves the skin feeling soft.

The Boobie Bar is gentle on every skin type and suitable for daily use, by adults and children, including those with sensitive skin. It was approved by Think Pink, which means it is also safe for anyone currently being treated or who has been treated for breast cancer.

What's the best way to store my Boobie Bar?

To make your Boobie Bar last longer, it's important that it can dry properly after use. For example, place it on a soap dish or bamboo holder, or store it in a breathable pouch. That way your bar stays hygienic and firm, ready for your next self-care moment. Every pack contains 2 care bars, good for about two months of showers and just as many reminders of self-care & prevention.

What is the return policy?

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact [email protected] and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

Delivery time & shipping costs

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.

I need help with my discount code

I don't know how/where to use my discount code

You can enter discount codes before payment. Once you've filled your cart, click 'go to checkout'. Here you'll see an overview of your cart and can enter your delivery address. Below the overview of all products, you can enter your code under 'gift card or discount code'.

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code was entered correctly and is valid, the error message is probably there because you're trying to apply multiple discount codes to your cart, which unfortunately isn't possible. Our system doesn't allow multiple discounts to be combined. It's also not possible to apply a discount code if a volume discount is already active.

Can I still change my order after payment?

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to change an order once it has been placed. Orders are sent straight to the warehouse, which packs the parcels as quickly as possible. If you would still like to change something, please contact [email protected]
