You can pay for your online order in several secure ways. Currently you can pay with:

• Google Pay
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, UnionPay)
• Pay later with Klarna
• Bancontact
• iDeal (Netherlands)

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

• Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
• For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
• Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact [email protected] and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

Sorry to hear that, and apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact [email protected] about this. Leave your details there (address, photo of the problem) and let us know whether you would like to receive the product again or return it and get your money back.

Wij doen ons uiterste best om jou te voorzien met topproducten. Toch kan het eens gebeuren dat een product beschadigd geraakt tijdens transport of dat er iets fout loopt bij de productie.

Voor onze materiële producten volgen wij de wettelijke garantie van 2 jaar. Deze termijn start op de dag van de levering. Bewaar daarom zeker de leveringsbon of de trackingsinformatie van jouw pakketje.

I don't know how/where to use my discount code

You can enter discount codes before payment. Once you've filled your cart, click 'go to checkout'. Here you'll see an overview of your cart and can enter your delivery address. Below the overview of all products, you can enter your code under 'gift card or discount code'.

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code was entered correctly and is valid, the error message is probably there because you're trying to apply multiple discount codes to your cart, which unfortunately isn't possible. Our system doesn't allow multiple discounts to be combined. It's also not possible to apply a discount code if a volume discount is already active.

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to change an order once it has been placed. Orders are sent straight to the warehouse, which packs the parcels as quickly as possible. If you would still like to change something, please contact [email protected]

Contacteer dan [email protected] en vermeld je bestelnummer en je facturatiegegevens. Dan maken we de factuur voor je op!

Neem één tab in je mond en bijt hem stuk tot hij begint te schuimen. Poets dan twee minuten zoals je gewoon bent. Twee keer per dag.

Ongeveer 63 stuks. Genoeg voor één persoon die twee keer per dag poetst, dus zowat een maand.

Luchtdicht, in een glazen bewaarpot of een andere goed sluitende doos. Past niet alles erin? Laat de rest in de gesloten refillverpakking op een koele, droge plek.

Dan nemen ze vocht op en worden ze wat zachter. Aan de werking verandert niets, de tab bijt alleen minder knapperig stuk.

De meeste mensen gebruiken er één per poetsbeurt. Twee kan ook, dat is perfect veilig.

Hou ze buiten bereik van je hond. Tandverzorging voor mensen hoort niet bij dieren terecht te komen.

Deze tabs werken met hydroxyapatiet, het mineraal waaruit je glazuur zelf bestaat. Het remineraliseert je tanden en houdt ze sterk en helder.

Bij de fluoridevrije variant kan een beetje doorslikken geen kwaad.
