Our Massage Pearls are made for evenings when everything is allowed to slow down just a little. Not a body lotion you rub in quickly, but a small pearl that only starts to work once you slow down. For The WONDR of Touch massage pearls, we teamed up with Rosalie from Masmoi. In her small, artisanal lab, the Pearls are shaped by hand, one by one. No production line, but handcraft: carefully chosen oils, a rich texture that doesn't feel sticky and a formula made to be used close to the skin.

What is the return policy?

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact [email protected] and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

Delivery time & shipping costs

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

  • Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
  • For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.

I don't know how/where to use my discount code

You can enter discount codes before payment. Once you've filled your cart, click 'go to checkout'. Here you'll see an overview of your cart and can enter your delivery address. Below the overview of all products, you can enter your code under 'gift card or discount code'.

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code was entered correctly and is valid, the error message is probably there because you're trying to apply multiple discount codes to your cart, which unfortunately isn't possible. Our system doesn't allow multiple discounts to be combined. It's also not possible to apply a discount code if a volume discount is already active.

What is the warranty policy?

We do our best to give you top-quality products. Still, a product can occasionally get damaged in transit, or something can go wrong during production.

For our physical products we follow the 2-year legal warranty. This period starts on the day of delivery, so please keep your delivery note or your parcel tracking information.

Let a massage pearl melt on your skin, or warm it first between your palms. Massage with flowing movements until the oil is fully absorbed. One pearl is ideal for one massage.

Are the massage pearls sticky?

No. The oil feels rich and nourishing, but sinks in nicely without leaving a sticky or heavy feeling.

Why massage pearls instead of classic massage oil?

Massage pearls give you the perfect dose per massage. No mess, no excess oil and less chance of stains on clothes or bedding.

Which skin type are the massage pearls suitable for?

The massage pearls are made with carefully chosen ingredients and suit every skin type. If you have very sensitive skin or a fragrance allergy, we recommend testing a small amount first.

What do the massage pearls smell like?

The pearls have the scent Touch Of Patchouli: warm, earthy and subtly sensual, ideal for relaxation and intimate moments.

How many pearls do I use at a time?

One massage pearl is designed for one full massage.

How do I store the massage pearls?

Store them in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
